Even though the days are getting cooler, please do not stop drinking water. Make sure you get your daily intake or as close to it as possible. Here is a formula for drinking water. Take your body weight divide by 2. ex. 200 /2 =100. Then take that number and divide by 8, 100/8=12.5. This means you should be drinking approximately 12, 8oz. glasses of water a day. This seems like a lot but start as soon as you wake up in the morning, keep a bottle at your bedside to drink during the night just in case you get thirsty. Before you know it you will enjoy the benefits of drinking water.
So come on ladies & gentlemen drink, drink, drink!!!!
